Jenny Lee, a mother of two, George & Gracie, and married 10 years to Mike, her high school sweetheart, has a degree in Psychology from the University of California, Irvine, a credential in nutrition and is a certified personal trainer. One can say she has been in the pageant business well before she was born. Both her mom and aunt won the prestigious Miss Venezuela title. Her mother, Jeannette was top ten in Miss World while her aunt Peggy was first runner up in Miss Universe. Jenny herself was crowned Mrs. California-America in 2000. She has coached numerous ladies, including several Mrs. California's and Mrs. America winners. She has been able to combine her psychology degree and her experience in pageants to produce and bring to you the USA Bee Kidz pageant.
She truly believes pageants can be a very positive endeveour for a child because it can help increase their self-esteem just by getting on the stage. She also believes in doing this in the most natural way for the child. The message she tries to portray is that a 3 year old does not need make up or fancy outfits to win. They just need to be themselves and learn to love themselves for who they are. With her experience in the field, she has helped introduce queens to child acting/modeling agencies.
USA Bee Kidz pageant is also very active within the community and sends the message "that life is more than the crown but what you do with it afterwards that matters!" She has royals do 2-4 volunteer events a month. "We have 2 year olds that have done more volunteer service events in 1 year than most adults do in a lifetime." It's a pageant she hopes will help increase a child's confidence and a better sense of self. To her, every child, regardless of the judges final decision, is a winner!
